The pictures above show some of the various projects we’ve worked on and the unrivalled quality of our work. The first four houses in the pictures above were only rendered. The last two houses were full property renovations. A property developer bought the last two houses and asked us to renovate them from top to bottom. Although you can’t see the work that we did inside the last two houses, I will give you a quick breakdown.
We removed all the existing plaster on the walls back down to the brick. We installed damp proofing in the basement and the ground floor and removed any timber that had wood rot. Once we had done all of that, we fitted new double glazing windows followed by new electrics and plumbing. Once the gas supply passed a safety test, we installed a new heating system. The next step was to fix plasterboard the walls.
Now that all that was out of the way, our kitchen fitters and bathroom fitters could do their job before the entire house was plastered from top to bottom. Once all the plastering was finished our painters and decorators painted all of the walls, ceilings and woodwork. The final step was to install wood flooring on the ground floor and fitted carpet on the stairs, landing and bedrooms. Once all the interior work was finished, we had some minor brickwork to do before rendering the exterior of the property.
